In the nicest possible way please DO NOT turn up to my house wanting to view the cattery without prior arrangement. One it is not just a cattery, it is my home. Two it is for safety reasons, I need to know who I'm letting into my home. Three I need to run through checks before I can arrange a viewing. This is to make sure your cat meets our boarding requirements. I work 7 days a week and I work very long hours. I also have a very young family which means I do have to allocate some of my time to them as well. - APPOINTMENT ONLY

When you want to make a booking please be ready to pay your deposit. I'm wasting too much of my time chasing people. I'm also having to say to potential customers I could have availability but I'm not sure, it's not fair.
