The grieving process takes time. We all grieve in different ways. Treat yourself gently and take some time out to feel sad or go with whatever emotion you feel.

If you have to fix your horse into a position then you need to go and have some lessons and re educate yourself as forcing a head carriage will not fix your problems in fact it will only create more problems
