Please DO NOT bring your dog to the shop if they have fleas.

If your dog has fleas then the appointment will be cancelled, I will have to isolate your dog and you will need to return to collect them immediately. There will be a £15 charge incurred to cover the cost of flea spray and flea foggers that I will have to dispense in the shop.

Please check carefully before you come if you suspect your dog has fleas and use a regular flea treatment that has been prescribed by the vet such as Advantage or Bravecto as over the counter flea treatments do not work.

If I discover fleas half way through the groom an extra charge will be added for flea shampoo and the full cost of the groom will have to be paid because an hour slot would have been booked for your groom .

Sad to see that my 11 o clock didn't make their appointment today, it was booked under Dolly Arton, I wonder why she didn't make it is it because she tumbled out of bed and stumbled to the kitchen or could she have been working 9 to 5 🤔

Hi just to let everyone know I am back at work today, I have left my dairy in the house so I will get back to everyone whose appointments I need to book later on this evening. Also I have smashed my phone so I'm going to have to put it in to get repaired today if you can't get through I'll get back to you once it's fixed 🙂

Morning everyone, I am back from my holiday now but unfortunately I have injured my back again. I am going to try coming back into work tomorrow and hopefully normal hours will resume again from next week.

Due to the fact that I've had 7 appointments not turn up this week or cancel 5 minutes before their appointment time which has put me out of pocket by over £200 I will have to take a £10 non refundable deposit from new clients or people who have previously cancelled last minute or not turned up more than twice in the past. Sorry for the inconvenience but it's my livelihood and I have kids to feed.
