Thank you all so much for your kind and generous donations. We delivered all the goodies to https://www.facebook.com/cotswoldsdogsandcatshome who were so welcoming and thankful, and then to teckles.
A big mention to Megan (Dashers big sister) for the gorgeous basket of gifts, to June and Rufus for the lovely bed that Harley is now enjoying snuggling up on. (Bottom pic)

Morning everyone!
The main roads around Quedgeley , Kingsway and hardwicke seem to be ok this morning. There is a lot of thick ice on the smaller roads, lanes, cul de sacs and pavements.
We will be out and about shortly and aim to continue with normal
Services but carefully. This will have an impacts on times so we apologise in advance if we are a little later than usual.
If we deem it unsafe and there is risk to injury for our doggies or our team we may be in the unfortunate position of cancelling walks. As usual we will prioritise dogs that are home alone.

We don’t often talk about our team but I wanted to share this…. We have 2 amazing colleagues, Charlotte and Liv. Charlotte works super hard collecting, sorting, wrapping and delivering Christmas gifts for dogs and cats at Christmas, she works really hard talking to clients about it and gives generously herself.
Liv is always on the look out to help others, she has been speaking to a homeless couple on her regular walk route, they currently live in a tent. Liv spotted a mattress (in vgc) out for collection and asked if she could give it to the homeless couple, after her walks she collected it and delivered it to the couple who were delighted!
Well done and massive thanks to Charlotte and Liv we are so proud to have you as part of our team 😊

When we wake up it’s December!! (no we can’t quite believe it’s here already!) our favourite month of the year! We’ve really enjoyed the past few days kicking about in the leaves🍂. But it has has turned colder🥶
if you would like your doggy to wear a coat on their walk please leave them out for us!
On a side note…. Thank you so much for the amazing donations we’ve collected so far, if anyone has a shoe box spare we do need a couple more!

We are starting our charity collection for dogs and cats who won’t have a sofa to snuggle on this Christmas.😔Anything you can share big or small we will be extremely grateful for.
We will be donating Christmas shoe boxes full of lovely gifts to Cotswold dog and cat home again this year but also to Teckles animal Shelter.
Please leave anything out for us to collect between now and our final
Collection day 18th December. Or send us a message and we will happily collect.

We have been inundated with microchipping requests these last few weeks and currently only have the nano microchips in stock. We do have high alert for an order for our other sizes.
We highly recommend this size for small breed dogs, kittens and cats. This is a much smaller chip and needle.
Please do get in touch well in advance if you would like your pet microchipped.

Another heat wave!!!!
Warm weather plan in place for this week moving to extreme weather plan.☀️🌡
We will aim to start with early walks if safe to do so with usual pop ins, if it’s just too hot then pop in comfort and garden visits.
Please do let us know if you have ice cubes to add to water bowls, frozen kongs/treats etc to give to your dog.
If you don’t have an outside hose could we ask you leave us a jug or bowl incase we need to wet patios/grass in gardens if it’s too hot for precious paws.
