And so the suffering starts. For dogs like Noah. He didn’t ask to be born a Pitbull Terrier. 😢
He doesn’t understand all the scaremongering in the media. He is just a dog looking for a family. Not just any dog, he’s a fabulous boy. Hasn’t put a paw wrong. He’s doing brilliant in foster. Loves playing with the kids, very cuddly. Low to medium energy. He’s good with other dogs and is housetrained. 😊

How many applications did Noah get? Zero. What’s going to happen to Noah and the many other dogs like him? It’s very hard to look at this sweet pupper and be at a loss what to say.

😭❤️🌻OPEN ARMS FOR SCOOBY. This young Staffy cross has come into care as a nervous little soul from the stray kennels. He is without doubt absolutely gorgeous. On arrival Scooby was very timid and nervous of men but has grown in confidence over the last few weeks. Scooby would flinch, back away and bark but has now turned many corners and is learning fast that humans mean him no harm. He is a gorgeous young man that gets on well with other dogs. Scooby is approximately a year old and so handsome and loving and now he adores a cuddle. We as always are now searching for a special home where he can continue his trust of humans and be loved and cherished in life. Our new boy will need a calm home and a patient person or couple with big hearts. We know Scooby will continue to grow and shine as he is such a sweetheart. This youngster will make someone a special friend.

‼️💔‼️ORLA HAS BEEN WAITING FOR A FOREVER HOME SINCE 2021‼️💔‼️

Orla is a big girl, but that is just even more to love!

At only four years old and originally from a Spanish rescue, coming over as a puppy only to be rejected as she was too big and has then spent most of her young life in rescue and is one of our longest stay residents.

Spanish Mastiff Cross Orla was a little nervous when she arrived at WAW back in 2021 but now she is confident, playful, and very funny, she is so affectionate and loves cuddles.

Orla needs an active home, with experience of large breeds and plenty of time to spend with her. She can be a little unsure of new people, so her new family would need to be prepared to get to know her and have experience of nervousness.

Orla is good with dogs she meets, is well-behaved overall but can be strong willed at times, we feel in a home environment she can be dominant therefore, we feel she needs to be an only dog where there are no children under 16 (non-planned).

Whinnie has until 3rd of July to find a home otherwise she will go to kennels.

Has she not been through enough in life??

Her family killed infront of her, travelled from Egypt to a home.

Now being given up, to go to kennels.

We have had SO many time wasters in touch with us about Whinnie but nobody seriously up to the task of adopting or fostering her.

She needs a patient female only home. She has lived with cats and older female children successfully.

She cannot live with dogs.

She is a sweet loving girl who has so much to give the right Mummy.

She just needs that chance to shine.

Going to kennels will crush her.
