What a lovely weather weekend we have had and the temperatures look like they are going to be even hotter these next couple of days. Please keep your pets cool and walk your dogs either early or late or even miss a walk as no dog has ever died from not been walked but they have from sun stroke.
Also the ground gets too hot for there paws.

Here is a nice story about this little lady who was brought in to us via a member of public who had been hanging around there property for a while. When we scanned her luckily she was microchipped and when we contacted the owner she had been missing for two whole years.
This just shows how important it is to have your cat microchipped and keep your details up to date.
By the 10th June it is a legal requirement to of had your cats microchipped.

WALSDEN RAFFLE Thank you to everyone who bought tickets to our raffle, £200 was raised for PAWS, which will help them support even more animals in need. The winners will be contacted and be able to get their hampers in time for Christmas. Thanks again for all your support, The Walsden Team

One of our clients taking their Nexgard as if it was a treat for Diane one of our nurses. This needs to be done once a month to keep on top of keeping Fleas, Ticks and some of the types of worms away 😀
