A regular cleaning service from Platinum Housekeeping will leave your weekends & evenings free and give you a home you really can call your sanctuary. The business owner, Kate, will be your Account Manager and will give you a personalised service to fit your exact requirements. Kate will compile a detailed plan for your cleaning service for the Housekeepers and works very closely with her Team Managers on a day to day basis, who will ensure that the service meets these requirements. Our Housekeepers are expertly trained and we use tried and tested products and equipment. We are health & safety trained and fully insured. In the industry we often hear clients talk of negative experience with cleaners in the past. Our systems and processes eliminate these negative points to give a truly wonderful and highly satisfactory experience from our housekeeping service. We at Platinum Housekeeping aim to achieve more than simply a ‘standard’ clean. We work to very high standards consistently. Attention to detail & presentation are as important to us as cleaning. Our Housekeepers receive practical & theory training and are carefully selected by Kate. They will know exactly which products & equipment to use to achieve the best results and work in a methodical way that makes the very best use of time. We offer a regular (typically weekly or fortnightly) cleaning service, one off cleans, deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans. Our mission is to create a true ‘Housekeeping’ service and so on top of cleaning, tidying and ironing duties we are happy to undertake other duties around the home from our clients. From laundry, wardrobe or cupboard makeovers, preparing food to caring for or walking pets! Or other specific requests that we are capable of doing to make your home life easier. We do also provide a Carpet Cleaning service which we highly recommend to deep clean carpets and upholstery to leave them looking fresh and new again
