This is just a post to say we understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control and you may not be able to make an appointment,but can we please ask if you can let us know either by text or phone call ideally with as much notice as possible. We are a small business and rely on people turning up to there appointment to pay the staff we have on that day.

We have had a lot of no shows over the last few weeks with no message or call to say they are not coming in, unfortunately we do have to charge a £10 cancellation fee if there is less than 24 hours notice as this can put us behind, a call or text would be greatly appreciated before hand so we can get try and replace the appointment as soon as.
