£10 Extra Charge For Fleas

We work hard to ensure the salon keeps a clean environment for the clients, dogs and groomers and we wish to continue to do so. If your dog is found with fleas we will automatically bath your dog with flea shampoo and will have to fully disinfect the salon using the best products. There will also be a £10 charge on top of your grooming cost to cover the cost of products and time it takes to do this.
I would like to mention that having your dog flea bathed does NOT prevent your dogs getting the fleas back, making sure your dog is up to date with flea treatment will keep the fleas away. In our personal experience the best flea treatment is prescribed by your vet. If you would like any advice on good flea products for your dog or home them please ask we will be happy to help 😊

We will check your dog at the start of the groom and if they have fleas we will call you to let you know but sometimes we may not notice until after the bath but we will call you as soon as we notice.
