What a lovely dog walk we had today! Little Clemmie loving dog walking like her mummy she always wants to hold the lead! Big shoutout to Ezzie for being so patient and walking nicely so she can have a go. Also a HUGEE shoutout to the local kind man who left 2 packets of biscuits on my windscreen today! This really did make my entire week! 🥹💕🥰

URGENT… PLEASE TAKE CARE
This morning at 9.30am on Castle Hill Park, between Beaumont Leys and Anstey Leicester a serious attack took place by thieves attempting to steal dogs.
A man and a woman, so you would think ok?
One of our volunteers partners was walking their 4 little terriers (all EMDR dogs) when he was attacked with a machete, sustaining severe injuries to his arm, two broken fingers, hit over the head, kicked and punched. He is now awaiting surgery.
Miraculously he held onto the dogs, who at this point were covered in their owners blood.
A similar situation was reported by a lone female dog Walker a couple of weeks ago who managed to get help from a nearby house.
Police obviously aware but members of the public please be vigilant.
Dog thieves are prepared to attack to get what they want

Today marks the 1 year anniversary since Furry Dogmother, Hinckley has been back in business and I just want to thank all my customers for your continued loyalty and custom! We love your doggies like they are our own! It’s been lovely getting to know so many new dogs over the last year and to have the return of some poochies, which is amazing 😍

We are incredibly sad to hear the recent news that unfortunately Beau has now crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈💔

Beau didn’t have the best start in life but was rescued by the most loving souls and got a second chance. Beau Beau had a lot of love to give and had a lot of quirk and personality, I’m so glad I had the pleasure of looking after him when I did, he will be deeply missed!

We are thinking of his family and his sister Rusty during this difficult time 😢🌈🐾😔💜

Yesterday I received the dreaded news that unfortunately gorgeous Phoebe crossed over the rainbow bridge on the weekend 😣😢

This is extreamly sad news and we are thinking of her family during this difficult time.

Phoebe had 15 amazing years in this world, she was a very lucky doggy, but we were also lucky to have Phoebe in this world, she was truly amazing and will be dearly missed! 🥺

Run free gorgeous girl, my Otto and Alfie will be so happy to see you! Love you lots, thank you so much for all the fun times we experienced together! I’ll never forget you 🫶🐾🐶🌈

Thought I would give a little recognition to my little boy Otto, who sadly passed away 4 years ago today.

After begging my mum everyday for years, Otto was bought for me by my mum as a 12th birthday present 😂🥰

Otto was amazing, he really did have so much character and truly made me fall in love with dogs. I loved training him, taking him on long walks and cuddling him on the sofa!

After 15 years it was time to say goodbye and it was extreamly painful! He definitely left little paw prints on my heart that will be there forever! 🐾

I know he’s much happier since having my mum up there with him to throw his ball for him every five seconds 😂🎾

This week I’ve had the pleasure of caring for this darling girl Phoebe 🐶

Some of you may remember Phoebe from when I used to run my business before recently reopening again.

Well, Phoebe is now 15!!! And her owner asked me if I could care for her this week and I was delighted beyond words and oviously jumped at the chance because she holds a very special place in my heart.

I used to walk Phoebe before setting up my dog walking business in 2017, and she was very much an influence on me opening my business back then! So the fact that I have been given the opportunity to care for her again is amazing! 🥹

She’s not as strong on her legs now like she used to be, so I borrowed my lovely friends doggy buggy and have been taking her out in it for a little ride which she seems to enjoy! It was lovely to spend time outdoors with her again like we used to do.

Every now and then I’ll see her little windmill tale start to go like it used to, but just a lot slower than before, and it reminds me of all the good times we shared together on our joyful walks!

Love you lots Phoebs it’s been a pleasure my little darling 🥰🥰🥰

Bit of a different one last week for Furry Dogmother and baby C, we fed and watered Poppy, Molly and Judy the bird while her owners were on holiday! And the lovely owners got us some lovely presents to say thank you 😍😍😍 how sweet! 🥰
