📸 Social Media vs Reality 📸

We know all our customers love seeing photos of their pups on the page, and we frequently get asked why we don't get photos of everyone's dog.

As cute as the end results we post always are, in reality it can sometimes take multiple attempts to get our 4 legged friends to sit nicely for the Camera.

Today we managed to capture handsome boy Denzel's action shots of him trying to stay out of the shot, as this cheeky boy thought it would be a much better idea to get Abbi's Christmas pose not his.

We hope you find these as funny as Denzel did 🤣

⭐️Proud Groomer Post⭐️

Handsome Harvey visited us recently for his first time in a salon and barely managed to get wet before getting worked up and had to be dried off and leave early.

When Harvey was a few months old, this clumsy pup fell into a deep puddle of water and struggled to get out, this has left him with an overwhelming fear of water.

Yesterday, he came for his 2nd visit to try again, and this brave boy managed to not only get into the bathing station, but stayed calm enough to get a bath and left smelling fresh and about 90% dry. (He found the drier pretty scary too)

Many humans take for granted how overwhelming a pampering session can be for our beloved pets so to make such progress in just 2 visits has made us all so proud!

Can't wait to see you progress further Harvey ❤️🐾

✨ ️Customer Announcement ✨️

It is officially 4 Weeks until Santa comes!

We would just like to remind all our customers that this is our busiest time of year in the Salon so we will be working to tighter deadlines than usual.

To help support our Team ensure that all our lovely fluffy friends can get freshened up in time for Santa coming the following will apply:

⭐️ We will not be able to take dogs for appointments if they are any more than 10-15 minutes late so please leave home in plenty of time & if you think you may be late please text to let us know.

🎄Upon collection of your dog after their appointment, please ensure you arrive back at the collection time provided to you at drop off or if called, within 10mins of receiving your collection call.

⭐️ If you are only booked in for a Bath and Brush/ face tidy and your dog has matting upon arrival, we will not be able to conduct your appointment & it is unlikely we will be able to reschedule for a Full Groom prior to Christmas.

🎄 Nail clips will still be available as a walk in service however, you may be required to wait for longer than usual to have this done.

Please understand that our Salon may be more hectic and louder than usual, so please be patient as our colleagues will be working extra hours to accommodate all of our much loved customers.

🚫 Customer Announcement 🚫

We have noticed a large rise in dogs coming in for appointments and us finding fleas in their coat.

Please make sure that your dog is treated regularly as there is an additional £12 flea charge for any dogs found to have fleas as we need to flea bath your dog, alert owners of other dogs that are in the salon at the same time and flea treat the salon, in some cases dependent on the severity of the case this also leads to dogs due in after you needing to be rescheduled to avoid cross contamination.

If you need any help or advice in regards to preventative flea treatments please contact your vet or speak to one of our 3 SQP qualified colleagues in the store to discuss.
