Nala came into the salon for her 3rd puppy groom🫧

She has a really thick, fluffy coat that requires lots of maintenance so her pawrents have done the perfect thing in getting her used to the grooming process from a young age, next up is her first big girl groom!🐩

It was definitely debated several times during her groom if anyone would notice if we tucked her into our pocket and snuck her home with us👀

Don't forget tomorrow afternoon we're running our first Bully Muzzle Training session with behaviourist Deanne, of DK9 Behaviour & Training. No need to book, just turn up.

All breed owners are welcome and the session is free of charge, but we do ask that you don't bring your dog as there is a limit to how many boisterous bullies we could safely have in one place 😆

Our new deposit system means if you book an appointment online you are automatically required to pay a £15 deposit when booking this appointment, if you do not pay the booking will not be registered on our booking system.

✨If you already have a deposit rolling with us✨

As this system is new it may not have logged your current deposit if you are a customer that rolls their deposit for future grooms. We have logged as many deposits that roll as possible however, if you believe you already have a deposit on file please call us.
If you have not paid a deposit for any online booking this appointment will be cancelled automatically through the automated system.

✨Changing booked appointments✨

If you wish to cancel or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will need to contact the salon.
If 48 hours notice is not given to cancel you will loose your deposit and another needed to rebook.
All appointments not attended will result in a lost deposit and another needed to rebook.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking with more than 48 hours notice you will be able to do this online.
If you are giving 48 hours notice or more, you will be able to choose whether your deposit stays on your account for future bookings, or is refunded.

It’s been a week of firsts here in our salon!🥇

Little Millie came back for her first adult groom, how gorgeous is she😍

🐶We really see a difference in the dogs that have been for a puppy groom with us, they find a full adult groom much less scary and a lot more fun as they’re already familiar with the sights, sounds and smells of the salon!
