Young seals sometimes find lost or discarded flying rings (any type of throwing ring). Being inquisitive, they sometimes play with them, putting their heads through the hole and becoming trapped. As they grow, the rings can cut into their necks, causing life threatening open wounds and often death.

Often the first few days for dogs staying, is full on with excitement, new smells, new dogs, new walks, it can be quite exhausting, and they normally flake out after 2-3 days in my experience, here they are doing just that, with the comfort of my two❤️🐶

If only they could grasp the depth of their significance, the way their smile lights up my world and their touch brings comfort to my soul. If only they knew how their mere presence is enough to ease my worries and make my tail wag with joy.
