Little update from us here at PetStay for all our lovely customers and carers 📣…
Today our new booking system goes LIVE! 🥳🙌🏻🎉
We are still offering the same 5* service that you know and love, however emails and correspondence that you receive from us may look a little different, (and it’s not because we have let Buddy here send them!) 🐶
We have invested in our much-loved brand with this fab new technology which is quicker and more efficient than our current system, and this will result in a quicker booking process for our customers!
It's a very exciting day, and a good excuse for cake! 🎂

Happy Monday everyone! Did you know how PetStay began? and more importantly, that it began right here in the Hull & East Riding! 🐶🤎🐶🤎

Pictured below are Cassie and Lucy, beloved Dogs of Carole (Founder of PetStay and MD) and the reason Carole setup PetStay over 17 years ago 🐾🐾🐾🐾

Carole knew that whilst she was on holiday, kennels weren't an option, she wanted a home-from-home environment where their routines would be followed and they would be given all of the love and attention they would receive at home. Unable to find this, Carole set up PetStay, and the rest is history!

We are so busy I’m having to turn customers away which I hate doing knowing they are probably either going to have to use kennels or cancel trips. If anyone who follows us would like to be a carer or knows of someone who would like to care for dogs while their owners are on holiday, please get in contact with us. 07946067102. Doesn’t have to be full time, you can have a dog already, you can say yes or no to each booking and even just weekend bookings would be a help to our customers! Preference of dog/where they sleep etc can be catered for as we ask all of this when customers book.
