Hi you Lovely lot Me !! Again!, there are still one or two customers that are still to pay their balance for their July stays, everyone with a balance outstanding has been contacted either via, email, txt or we have left messages on answerphones, unfortunately if these outstanding balances are not settled by the beginning of next week, then they will be cancelled and a cancellation email will be sent, we haven’t got the time to be chasing payments like this, so unfortunately we will not be able to be as tolerant next year!, and any booking still outstanding 8 weeks before you are due in will be cancelled and given to the people that are sat on our waiting list.. waiting to pay for a space! So please please to avoid ur booking being removed, then please ring to clear your balance, and this is to everyone, regardless how many years you have been coming, or that we know u are going to show up!, please just help us, by following our procedures… Thank you ❤️

Hi you lovely lot, there are still some booking with outstanding payments for June & July, Please Please ring us to pay your balance, or we will have to remove your booking, we are turning people away. And it’s just NOT fair, If you want us to keep being here doing what we are doing then please Comply with the new Policy, regardless of if you are a new customer or Old, please help us out by following our new procedures, we will be contacting all outstanding this week either phone or Email, and if your balance at the weekend is still outstanding, then UNFORTUNATELY we will cancel your booking .

Just a quick note, we Now have the Lovely Neil Sidebottom, ( Nina Sidebottom) brother, working for us on reception Mon - Wed inc, so if your needing any info or to pay your deposits, then please give us a call. Also, PLEASE remember that we can No longer take bookings Without a deposit, so we can let you know the availability via message/ txt etc, but to ACTUALLY book, then a phone call is needed to 01977512864 so deposits can be collected at the time of booking xx❤️❤️ Also please Remember £100 deposit or full payment ( if the total is less) for EACH booking made ❤️❤️

U lovely lot and THANK YOU from us ALL at Laburnum Kennels & Cattery, you made 2023 one of our busiest years yet, and we hugely appreciate every single paw that comes to stay with us. We are sorry once again that our policies have had to change, it was a decision that we have struggled with for many years, and it’s with a heavy heart that we have had to higher the Deposit amount, and the balance now having a pay date. But we have to do what is best for the business, as I know you will understand. So once again THANK YOU, we ♥️ u all, and here’s to a holiday packed 2024 ❤️❤️
