Here’s a SMALL bespoke flat roof gazebo we’ve just completed for returning customers in leek. Mortise and tenoned Douglas fir frame work, EPDM rubber roof and log lap internal cladding. Looking forward to seeing it finished with the paving down and furniture in 😎😎

All made from scratch by us on site, 2x king post trusses to span 6.8m, 8x wedged scarf joints on the purlins. And rafters fitted over the 22m long building.

Our job in Flash is now complete. Here we renovated an unused outbuilding into a kitchen, once that was finished we then turned the old kitchen into a dining room.

Busy day on wardrobes today 🤪

First floor we’ve done in a couple of years, fitted last week, sanded and finished today. This is on an ongoing project over in Grindon, where we have completed all internal joinery work on this barn. From the perimeter stud walls, first floor structure, stairs, doors, kitchen and finally this floor 😍 Peak Oak Flooring 👌🏻

The kitchen project in Flash is awaiting worktops. Here we’ve completely renovated an old outhouse with a new floor (in a lower position) fully insulated the walls doors and ceiling. And finally we designed and fitted the kitchen to make full use of the new room. 😄
