******UPDATE*******
We have taken the little fella to the vets, they say he's around 9 months old, he has some hair loss and a couple of scabs which they think is from over grooming, he's had a flea and worm treatment so he is eating well

We have found this gorgeous, young ?, unchipped, entire male, he is very friendly, very skinny and is wearing a blue collar
He is safe with us at the cattery x

It looks like the weather is not going to be kind to us on Saturday but it isn't going to stop us..........we have a plan B and plan C according to how wet it is

** Product Recall**

There is a voluntary recall happening from today for some brands of cat foods due to a possible link to the development of serious disease in cats eating them.

The affected products are from some ranges of AVA, available in Pets At Home, Applaws and Sainsbury's cat food.

For Applaws products it is only packs with a Best Before Date of Dec 2022 to Best Before Date of June 2023 and a site reference code of GB218E5009.

For AVA it is all batches and best before dates

For Sainsburys’ products it is all batches and best before dates

8 1/2 years ago Brendan came up with an idea of opening a cattery, I said he was absolutely bonkers but here we are 8years later (Covid aside) it has been amazing, every year I thank all of our lovely customers because without you there is no us 😻😻😻 x

**Edit 22.1.21 - this little boy was found in the Braunstone Lane area of Leicester NOT Beaumont Leys**

We've had a lovely tabby boy come into us as a stray recently from the Braunstone Lane area of Leicester, where he's been hanging around for a while. He's all tabby, not neutered and not microchipped. He was seen by a vet before he came to us and they think he's relatively young. If anyone thinks this may be their cat please contact us on 0116 288 2014. If you get the answerphone, please leave a message with your name and contact number and we will call you back as soon as we can. Please share as much as possible to see if we can reunite this lovely boy with his family.
