A big thanks to all the buyers and underbidders at the Ludlow Society sale on Saturday. We’re pleased that all 6 of our ewe lambs forward went to new homes. Lot 127 topped the pen at 1350gns (second highest price of the day), with an average of 603gns across the group.

We wish all purchasers the best of luck and hopefully we might see some of them on the show circuit next year....

lot 122 - 127 Ewe lambs forward for Ludlow Society sale tomorrow.

All sired by a Marlbrook ram that sold at Carlisle for £2,800 in 2019 and was purchased back into the flock last year.

Well done the Mrs T Edward-Hulme from the Farriers flock for their winning pair of ewe lambs at The Welsh Winter Fair last week.

Both lambs were bought from Marlbrook at the Ludlow sale in September! Great to see Marlbrook doing the job for their new owners…

⭐️ Shearling Ewes ⭐️

Due to wanting to reduce the size of the flock for management reasons, we have decided to offer our entire crop of yearling ewes for sale. No yearlings will be forward for public sale, all are available from home.

Well done to Chris Adamson for your achievements this week at the National Show with your Marlbrook ewe!

Winning the championship at the Kerry Hill national show and the overall sheep inter-breed championship at Royal Norfolk Show was a shearling ewe from Chris Adamson.
Reserve inter-breed was the Texel champion from Paul Castle
