Today has been different 😂 Whilst moving stuff out the shop we are still doing deliveries on our normal stock including substrates, foods, hay, dog treats etc

Today is our last day before we close the doors on The Furground and move to our next adventure of Leyland Livefoods, if anyone would like to see the shop for the last time feel free to pop in, we still have reduced stock, we are open 9am-5pm

🦗Regarding livefood! 🦗 - This is the last week to pick from the shelves…

Anyone needing livefood next week, you will need to pop in to the shop today, tomorrow or Saturday to preorder as we will not be open next week so no shelves to pick from and website is not live yet,

If anyone wants to preorder anything else such as frozen snake food, small animal foods, raw or dog treats, same applies pop in this week to preorder and arrange delivery.

Pre orders only going forward, we will announce when the website is live 🖤

Just a short post 🙃

This shop is not just a shop to me it’s my life literally and I have grown with the shop and built my business from the ground up and I am so proud of what it’s become.
With that being said, full transparency, the lease is up on the shop in summer and I’ve taken the decision to not renew it. My focus for a while has been to build my business as an online presence instead.

I am proud of my little shop and what I have achieved including a five star license, supporting charities, invited to the police dog unit, rehomed many, many animals, educated all ages, and gaining wonderful customers and friends from it.

I will still be around to give advice to the best of my ability and most of my products will be online via a website, I just won’t be stood behind a counter but instead delivering your items to your door step at a time that suits you.
We will still do customer orders as we do now so if you currently order specific items please don’t worry.
Also I will still be boarding small animals and reptiles at home - very limited spaces for this summer

Please don’t feel sad as I’m excited for the next chapter for this business and to become more assessable for customers is my biggest priority moving forward.

🏡Our remaining animals are still looking for homes - we have kept a high standard of animal welfare in this shop and it will continue until the door finally closes so we are only after genuine homes for them.

🔴 Red Dot Sale starts on Tuesday, anything with a red dot sticker on it is 50% clearance.
Please note the animal display enclosures are not for sale.

🗓️Our closing date is looking to be 27th July - you still have me a little longer ✌🏻

🦎Our new name is “Leyland Livefoods” and our website will be live shortly. We will post again once the website is live.
Products will be being added to the website over time so always contact us if you don’t see something you need.
