The U.S. House Committee on Appropriations recently approved the 2023 Labor Health and Human Services Funding Bill.

The Bill supports the aims of the HEARTS Act and CARE Act:
• Non-animal research methods
• The release of dogs, cats, and rabbits for adoption from NIH-funded laboratories
We are calling on the Senate to include the wording in the final bill that will be sent to the President.

The MBR Beagles are still at the very forefront of this campaign but they want to expose all the cruelty going on with monkeys, currently being shipped in in their hundreds to the UK for testing when globally there have only been 5 deaths from monkeypox!

And the huge amounts of other animals like mice, rabbits, rats, and so much more animal abuse and torture in labs, universities, etc, that needs to be exposed! People are literally getting away with murder!
