Livestock Workshop. 🐕 🐑
Sunday August 25th @ BA Canine Training Field.
During this workshop you will learn:
How to control your dog around sheep,
How to protect your dogs space, (if ever needed) &
How to keep yourself and your dog calm in situations that can occur with sheep.
Start time: 1030
Finish time: unknown.
All dogs must be comfortable with staying in cars as there will be 1 dog at a time depending on the task.
You will need to bring lunch/snacks/drinks. Bottled water will be provided.
£60 per dog.

We don’t know where the illness came from, but we do know she was comfortable and around us when she took that last breath early hours, just after midnight 03/04/2024

Dachshund Group Training Workshop.
During the workshop, we will teach your dachshund and yourself the foundations for:
1 - how to walk with a nice loose lead
2 - recall
3 - manners around other dogs and people.
If your dog has behavioural issues, they may not be fixed in this workshop. All the knowledge you learn from the workshop will need to be continued at home to get the best results.
After the workshop you will then have what’s app support and be able to join our Client pack walks and Group Training classes.

One Friday every month I will be taking the dogs out for a good adventure.

Our first adventure day will be Friday 20th October 2023 at the ‘Bark&Bounce’ Manchester. 👀
This will be £45 a dog.
(This includes fuel, treats and entry to the parks we use)
Pick up is between 830-930am and drop off will be when the adventure finishes.
Maximum 4 dogs for beach/forest walks

Our Bronze UK Sniffer Dog classes are the beginning step in your Scent Work journey, teaching all the foundations and introducing this new challenge to your dog in a fun and positive way.
Suitable for ALL ages, sizes and abilities - this is a wonderfully inclusive activity that utilises the dog's most natural superpower.
This is a low-impact, relaxing and confidence building activity for our dogs - one that still uses up brain power and leaves your dog feeling enriched and content after class!

I feel the need to speak out and ask for support from past, present and future clients in regards to social media.
As many of you know, I’ve restricted my ways of working a few times, and it’s always been so I can continue to enjoy what I call my job. But it always comes with a price, that price is social media.
I’m not really a fan of it, and if I could, I would delete every profile. But I CAN’T. This is because most people look to social media when searching for services, such as myself.
Working for yourself can be tough at challenging at times, I don’t get sick pay, holiday pay etc. I get that’s my choice, but I’m asking for support with the social media side of things.
How many of you follow people who are always posting about how the Instagram algorithm is reducing their visibility? It’s very common.
Now I’m asking people to post, share and tag me in their stories or posts. It will help me and my business!
Everyone’s happy to share their nail pics & tag their beautician, or post before & after a of building work… but yet people don’t seem to apply the same for dog walking/training.
I pour a lot into my clients and dogs, I’ve helped people through s**t times, been flexible on payments when people are struggling financially, gave motivation speeches when you’ve felt lost with your dog and continuously work out of hours texting/messaging clients who have a question or need support. So I don’t think I’m asking too much, share my page (it’s free)!
I’m not asking for war and peace on stories & posts, but a picture, tagging me should go such a long way.

Sam has literally changed Leo's life and our lives!
This weekend he's just amazed me!
Sat - Journey from Liverpool to Chester on two very busy trains
Sun - Busy village gathering with lots of people, children and dogs then a long walk through rural Wales with cows and sheep in the fields on route
Today - local walk with a stop at maccies for the humans
All of the above used to set Leo off but this weekend he did them all AND NOT A SINGLE BARK!!!
Calm as anything, beautiful walking on his lead and listening to commands 90-95% of the time with just a few corrections!
6 months ago we tried to do exactly what we did today, that trip ended with us having to take turns to eat our food and walk him away from the table because he just would not stop barking at anything and everything! I was stressed out, so was he and it just wasn't an enjoyable experience for anyone.
Thanks to Sam and her guidance, today, both Dwayne and I were able to eat in peace at the same time while Leo waited patiently and quietly under the table and most importantly was relaxed the entire time!
Bring on the Summer, can't wait to be able to enjoy more adventures with my boy and no stress! Thank you Sam!

I can’t thank enough for this morning. If you’ve never tried it, I definitely recommend you book in with Chloe and get started.
We’ve tried detection & tracking with Eddie. But he just wants to eat the article when found, which definitely isn’t safe or fun.
But..
Mantrailing ticks all the boxes for him. He absolutely loves searching and eating.
When it was his turn, he made sure everyone knew. The noises out of him 😂
It’s super fun hiding from the dogs too. Everything about it is fun & rewarding.

Today was a great walk, until a dog came out of nowhere. I s**t myself. His/her owner was nowhere to be seen. It jumped out the bushes, sniffed all the dogs bottoms then went back into the bushes.
Grizzly did the best he could in that situation, he didn’t react to the dog, but he didn’t follow my command either. All the dogs were a bit puzzled to what has just happened.
Then we continued our walk & he was off the lead with Buddy & my gang.

These two handsome chaps are Freddie & Rolo.
Owners messaged due to lead reactivity and other little things they want help with.
At the start of the session, they pulled both owners and reacted a lot to Eddie.
In the same session they were able to walk past two of my dogs without reacting & showed they are eager to learn, even walking loose lead! 👀

Group Training Class this morning. Our next class is Saturday 10th Aug 1030. Message to get booked in.
NO DOGS ALLOWED. I always tell m yclients to enjoy a day without their dog. So many people refuse to leave their dog at home and just have a fun afternoon without the dog. It’s Brilliant if you can take your dog anywhere but you still have minor stresses due to other owners and dogs. Today was a ‘NO DOGS ALLOWED’ just owners & a day where the owners just had to turn up and chill. My kind of chill 😂 We had good barbecue food, thanks to Ste and @jamesmeighan Few sports day games. It massively helped the owners being competitive. Little miniature trophies and medals to be won. 🏆🥇🎖️ Thank you for continuing to support me & my business. @little_legs_cayde_oryx @sarahlouise912 @tare_likes_gin @trig_and_the_goffs @philgraydrivinginstructor @georgiaaahall @jamesmeighan @f2cockapoowoody @mattwarbottom @kerrywarbottom I really enjoyed it and I hope you did too.
