A good daycare is all about balance, bespoke activities that meet natural breed traits, making sure there are lots of different enrichment activities, and of course plenty of calm down and rest time. 🧸🌿⚾️🦴💤

The handsome Brodie joined us today for another nursery session. These are key to appropriate socialisation and behavioural development in puppies. Not too much duration, ensuring those bones and ligaments are protected,and also to make sure behaviour and manners are developed in the right way. 👌👏🐶♥️

Long sessions are damaging to young puppies, that's why we have these specifically designed sessions.

Kev the Frenchie,definitely has an elastic face! He must be half human with those expressions! As his mum says kev is little brain,lot of vibe! We adore him.

The pic says it all. 👌🫶Our pups meet besties at daycare. Watching these little friendships develop is just the best thing ever.

As always the sniffari 🐽was a bit hit, with new scents added today. The old hoover had chicken🐔 feathers inside and where the hose used to be,I'd the perfect size for a nose! 🐽

Good evening everyone! What a great group of pics feom the day to share tonight.

Some really lovely friendships here, blossoming romance too 😍

With so much on offer in terms of fun and enrichment, it's hard to get everything into one post! Water fun,🚿sniffari fun🐽🌿, herb garden scent work, chew toys,🦴 and cuddling rest time.💕..all in one day.

The team are just amazing,I know while I'm on my week long course with the IMDT that everyone is in such good hands. ...well done team,so proud of each of you. 🙏♥️

The snifarri🐽✅️ as always very popular, and Blu kinda lost his head a bit 🤣😂, Oscar thought this was well worth 🔎 investigating .

New girl Tilly💕 joined us today, and really started to settle.

It can be scary at first,so doing short sessions to minimise stress, and optimise positive experiences is so critical for pups welfare and confidence building.✅️🫶

Canine first aid course tomorrow,puppy playgroup Sunday. ⛑️🐶

The team will all be there next week,while I'm off on another Instructors course during my week off 😆. Always all about the dogs 🐕

Happy Thursday! And a happy birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 to Lucy. Such a popular girl.

A really vibrant group on Thursday,full of cheekiness and energy. Regular calm down time is required 😆 🤣.

Maud was clearly ...Tyred today! 😆 excuse the pun, she loves curling up in one of the tyres,either to sleep ,chew a toy,or both!

Luna and Dyllie, always difficult to tell apart,do you know which one is which? 🐶♥️🐶

BEAU chow, certainly had her weetabix this morning, she chased round for ages with Comet ☄️, then had a good old sleep in her new fave place..the sniffari.

Happy birthday to out little JoJo🎉🥳🫶. Star of hoopers, and a regular in daycare since he was a puppy. His fave thing is the hose🚿 and you'll have seen him regularly helping to cool the arenas down when we water them! 😆

Gorgeous birthday biscuits,😋as usual provided by the wonderful . All Joe's friends really enjoyed sharing them👏. This Wednesday group have been together a long time and know each other very well.

Another great day today, welcome to new girl Callie💕,she's previously been to playgroups when she was little and is now back on induction into the daycare,she had a great time and found a couple of besties in Apollo and crazy Ted. 🙈👏😂

More fun in the snifarri with lots of new scents 🐴🐑🐄🐮🌿added thanks to Luna Labs' mum, boy did the pups love them.

Fergie popped in for a day,won't be long before he has a baby 👶 brother or sister at home..all his friends werw so pleased to see him, and so we're we.

This week's amazing puppy playgroup was so much fun.

Starting off with some snuffle mats🐽🦴 for calming pups at rhe start, one for each. Then 'leave it' training and building on previous weeks success for some pups.

Time for some play, and 121 chats with pawrents, helping with puppy challenges,talking about development,nutrition and the art of correct socialisation. 🐶💕💯

Time to disengage from play,and calming enrichment came in the form of some great scent and search boxes, easy to make at home and great for the pups.

Finally in 2 groups, some more play and the snifarri zone,which helps pups learn about the world. Smells from all over...👢🦴🐢🦔🌿🐴

Handout sheets finish off the session,giving support for early training. ✅️
