QUESTION: When is the best time to scan my dog to confirm pregnancy?

The best time for scanning is 28-32days post ovulation. If you don’t know when she ovulated, use the date she was last mated.

This time is best as it reduces the possibility of a false negative and also the best time to try and count how many puppies she is having.

This may be something many dog owners won't agree with, but it needs to be said.

Just because your dog doesn't love meeting new dogs and people, it doesn't mean they need to be fixed! 😆

Some people are naturally sociable, others prefer their own company, and our dogs are the same.

Your dog doesn't need to have doggy friends! They have you, and you are the only friend they need.
