How you feelin' about a walk Rude? π₯°
Always that tap tap tap I can hear it when I'm not even in my van π€£
Blimey, the grass has gotten LONG here.
Also a hideously humid walk π₯²
You can always rely on the retriever to see the bright side of all that rain π
Rudy hasn't been well recently and look how welcoming everyone is being now he's back π₯²
I actually didn't position them like this π
Had some new snacks in my bag that smell yummy to the point that I almost ate em.
A very brief and not very good video the AW yesterday but you get the idea!
If anyone is free Sunday do come along to the charity dog show at the RVC, it's to raise money for their blood Donor programme! π and they're moving it to a shady spot in the field. You can always come and hang out in the marquee if it's warm. I'll have water and snacks there :) ill be taking photos too π
Sorry I've been crap at responding to messages etc and slow posting on here, been flat out but it's no excuse.
Have a wonderful weekend all x
My lil Armie π₯°
He joined at the end of 2018 as a little baby puppino and has spent the last five and a half years (what, is that accurate?! Surely my maths is wrong) being the Wynns Walks love bug and I wouldn't have him any other way. Some days you can make eye contact with Armie and he will take that as an open invitation for love, fuss and snuggles. Other days you can look down at your feet and he'd be trotting along quietly gazing up waiting for attention.... and then in the winter there are days he'd be 100ft behind because he needs to assess every blade of grass under a microscope because he can't be bothered with the mud. Me too Armie, me too.
I will miss his sweet nature amongst the thuggish behaviour of some others. While they messed about or disappeared off on a play run, Armie will whizz over to me knowing he'd get a quiet moment in before they came tearing back again. Now it'll just me me standing alone π₯Ή
He and his lovely family made the move out of Barnet last week (I've had issues posting here again), but I know it's a 'see you soon' and not goodbye forever even if I totally disagree with the decision I know it's yet another one of you that is making the right one. Maybe I'll be next haha especially after falling in love with the north york moors over the weekend. ..... so WHO KNOWS!
The official ban on anyone else moving away starts NOW.π
After a mix up (by me) and then another mix up (also by me) we had a full house on today's AW.
Given it will probably be Armies last one, I thought it was quite nice to have a whole gang. Not sure he cared mind π€£ he only ever has one request and that it to be adored and loved at every possible moment.
So here you go, a lil adventure walk vid from today.
PS sorry I was late dropping them home I was trying to save time by running an errand while I was in the area! Gave them time to dry too π€£
This is what Stan does for 60% of his walk when Dazzle isn't with us, as though I've hidden her in my pocket and will let her out any moment now π€
The embarrassing bit is the fact that Daisy pays him no attention whatsoever.... yet his never ending quest for her affection continues π€£
Morning group π
It's so muddy out there at the moment. I made the mistake of going to whitings Hill this afternoon and deeply regretted it 30 seconds in π
Really looking forward to all the rain predicted tomorrow. YEY.
We can't walk past this log without this happening π
Really glad I started back today π
So sick of all the road blocks in Barnet now.
You can't go anywhere these days without encountering one π€ͺπ€
Yeah, we were in it.
It was actually refreshing but I didnt have any water-happy dogs with me and therefore got pulled back to the van π€£
Thankful for randomly having a dry top and shoes to change into!
There you are, not the best AW video I've put together but it's something π
Why is it always on AW days I get delays?! I took them to North Mymms as it's close by and we havent been up there since it was a mud swamp. Totally different today, pawfect π
Todays adventure walk was a bit different as I actually didnt have transport like I thought I would.
However, that didnt stop us π€£ we walked from my house, up through victoria park, through hadley wood, up and around trent park, then all the way back again!
It was actually really fun and a route I've been meaning to do for a while. These guys absolutely loved it π₯°
Interestingly Trent park was TOTALLY EMPTY. I passed four people!! I've never seen it so quiet! Not that we were complaining, it was like our very own playground π₯°
Five hours of walking today and now I've got to go to a bloomin spin class π₯² hope it's quiet tomorrow π
March AW - Tuesday 28th. We will have loads of daylight π§‘
I've never walked this lot together before as an entire group I dont think. They were just bloomin' lovely together though, despite how different they all are. I didnt organise them for this either π€£
What a perfect day.
PS If anyone even noticed I deactivated this account cos of weird activity on it. Back now π
Whats mine is theirs, but whats theirs is theirs. How's that fair.
Not quite what I was after Rudy, but +1 for trying to be original.
Was a bit windy today π
