Cancellation & no shows…..
Please give me at least 24hours notice if you need to change or cancel your grooming appointment. I usually have clients waiting so can then fill the space.
I do send texts the day before your appointment, but it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your booking so please bear this in mind.
Unfortunately, if you don’t show up for your appointment I am left with nothing to do and have lost money.
Therefore, no shows and late cancellations that I am unable to fill will be charged at the full groom price.
Obviously there are sometimes unavoidable situations or emergencies.
I really don’t like to put posts up like this BUT I am a small business that is trying to provide a great service to everyone whilst also trying to survive. I will always do my best to fit you in at a convenient time, or short notice.
