It's late, and maybe in the morning I'll delete this post, but I've just got home and for now I need to write this down.
Earlier this evening I received a message from a home owner to say they had a swarm of bees in their hedge, but they were worried about them because children had been throwing water at them.
By the time my fellow beekeeper and I arrived, what had been a beautiful prime swarm was reduced to a few hundred drenched bees, huddling limply around their queen.
I've already deleted the photos of the puddles of water, the dripping wet hedge, and the many, many dead and dying bees that hadn't been able to escape the attack; sharing those pictures serves no purpose.
We gently placed the bees that had survived into a collection box, and hopefully tomorrow, when they've had chance to dry out and settle, we'll check on them and if necessary feed them; they'll be exhausted and possibly (understandably) defensive. They've been through a lot.
Please, please, help me to educate your children, your grandchildren, your nieces and nephews, your neighbours, your colleagues and your friends that a swarm of bees isn't dangerous - they're amazing creatures that are just looking for a new home.
Please don't let anyone harm them.
Just call a beekeeper who will gladly rehome them.
Please help me to spread this message and hopefully save any more bees from being unnecessarily harmed 😢

**Update **
We are still looking into enquiries regarding this dogs owner.

We really appreciate everyone’s offer of assistance in providing a home if an owner is not found.

She is safe and we have things in place to make sure that she has a safe home if we cannot find her owner.

So to respond to some of the comments.
•This dog was checked for a microchip all over her body using multiple scanners to check for a chip when she was first found. We cannot locate one.

•A number of missing dog/animal sites were checked prior to this post going out.

•We are not sharing a full body image of her as we will expect the owner to provide images. She is distinctive enough with her facial markings and different coloured ears for the owner to know at first site this is their dog.

Thank you once again for the many shares.

Do you know this dog?
This lovely dog was found last month and has been recuperating with us whilst we have been trying to find her previous owners.

She was located in Bletchingly tied up to a post and we are hoping that we can reunite her as we suspect she was stolen quite a while ago.
As she has come out of her shell she is showing behaviours we suspect that she was once in a loving home.

If she is your dog contact us either using the online report or dm us here quoting 45210024375

❤❤❤reunited ❤❤❤

This is a more accurate pic of how Logan will look now because his coat is a bit longer. Notice how much darker he looks with a longer coat. He was wearing a green jumper and khaki coat with fur hood when taken. And an orange collar with blue tag.
Please save this to your phone. Logan was stolen from kennels near Lutterworth, Le17, overnight on 11/02/21 we have now had THREE witness statements and have to put our trust in the police to do their jobs.
BBC East Midlands will be running an appeal for Logan shortly. His mum is 68 and has just comenout of hospital after being quite seriously ill. His dad is 78. They live in nearby Burbage and have used the kennels for 20 years for holidays, weddings etc.
They putLogan into kennels whilebhis mum recovered because his mummy couldn't walk him. Logans mum and dad are absolutely heartbroken. Logan is his mums best friend, helping her through lockdown, giving her a reason to go on.
She is broken without him.
Call 07775 673738 with any information at all.
‼️WE WILL PAY A LARGE REWARD FOR HIS SAFE RETURN‼️

🥳🥳🥳

I DO NOT KNOW THE OWNER.
I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL POSTER.
I WAS SENT THIS SCREEN SHOT AND ASKED TO HELP, I POSTED IT LIKE I WAS ASKED.
I WASNT TO REALISE THE ORIGINAL POST WOULD DISAPPEAR.
THIS IS IN THE HANDS OF THE POLICE FROM WHAT I AM TOLD WHO ARE DEALING WITH IT APPROPRIATELY.
I HAVE NO FURTHER UPDATES.

Just a reminder I am NOT the owner neither do I know the owner.
I was asked to post this as I have a wider range of animal people following with being a rescue.
This is a screen shot from the original post, I have only posted information on what has been stated from the main post to help and currently have no further information or answers.
