Unfortunately, in response to a number of new-business no shows, I am having to introduce a 50% up-front deposit on all new business bookings.

This will not apply to regular customer bookings.

My appointment slots are in high demand, so no-shows are not only costly to me, but also deprive other customers of the slot.

Celebrations at The Groom Room at Slaney today as we mark our 1 year anniversary.

This last year has been an incredible journey for me. I've met some lovely people and had the pleasure of working with your precious pooches every day.

I'm extremely proud of the growing success of The Groom Room, and the excellent reputation for quality and service we have built in such a short period of time.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering help and support of my wife Lisa, Audrey and Brian, my family, the amazing girls next door at Slaney Kennels and Cattery Ltd, and you, my valued loyal customers.
