So I’ve been giving the fundraiser more thought…. I was going to try and do it by 1st September which would have been Spuddy’s 12th birthday 🤔
Instead I’m going to run it until 1st December - that’s Spuds 12th Gotcha Day..
it’ll give everyone that’s on a regular schedule chance to get in the draw when their woofer is due a groom and to fit in any new ones xx

I’m going to do a prize of a full groom - bath, blowdry, coat clip/trim & tidy, ear clean, pawfume.
With a second prize of a doggie goody bag
Tickets £3
And as we’ll be heading into Christmas - I may just add a couple of extras in 🤗❤️

🐾 MEET NALA - A UK POUND DOG ON DEATH ROW 🐾

It's a busy week, but we’ve got some happy and hopeful news to share! Nala, a sweet soul who found herself on death row at a UK pound, has just been given a second chance at life. 💕 In the last hour, we secured a foster home for her, and now we’re racing against time to sort out the logistics - she’s in a different part of the country and needs a vet check and spaying once she is in our care, and transport from the pound down to Cornwall.

But with a little help, we can make it happen. Would you pledge a bit towards Nala’s costs? Every donation brings us one step closer to giving her the life she deserves.

Need everyone’s input and thoughts…. I want to do a fundraiser for a greyhound rescue in memory of our beloved & much missed Spuddy.
Can’t decide between the following -

1. Full groom raffle prize with tickets at £3

I’ve been looking forward to this all week….

Buttercup has had a life of overbreeding and horrible abuse 😥
She’s now safe in foster with my amazing friend Carla, and learning all about how nice life is going to be from now on..
She’s had a lovely mineral spa bath treatment & oatmeal shampoo, blow dried, and now smells delicious 🥰 She took all these new experiences completely in her stride and gave the best kisses 😘
Beautiful sweet soul 🥰🥰

Did you know?
The deadline for the legal requirement for cat owners to have their cats microchipped is fast approaching.
From the 10th June 2024 your cats will need to be microchipped or you may face a fine of £500.

I’m thinking of doing a “nearly new” box for the Groom Room… basically anything like leads, collars, harnesses etc in good condition that people could make use of and pop a donation in the charity tin, rather than spending a fortune buying brand new 🤔🤔
