Let me solve your problems about taking a holiday, but not enjoying it because you are too worried about your piggies' welfare. Guinea pigs have been a passion of mine for most of my life. My cage

s are equipped with thick absorbent fleece liners, plenty of extra p*e pads, cosy hideys, tunnels, hay boxes, food dishes and water bottles/dishes. As far as possible I will feed your piggies the fresh food they are used to having but this will not include cruciferous foods like cabbage and broccoli, even if they do sometimes have those at home, as the last thing I want is for any of your piggies to develop bloat and/or gut stasis. I will use an air purifier during cleaning out times and on warmer days. The cages will be thoroughly cleaned out every day with fresh hay, fresh dry food and fresh water. The hay will be topped up throughout the day, fresh food given two or three times daily and I will do a further spot clean every evening. I do have some first aid items but please bring your own supplies of medication if any of your piggies need treatment. Please get in touch with Alison, if you are interested. My email address is:

With deep regret I have to let my kind followers know that my beautiful boy piggie, Humphrey, was put to sleep today due to an aggressive cancerous lump in a mammary gland. He was an enormous boy with a character to match. I am going to miss him dreadfully, specially the most gorgeous cuddles we had. Rest in peace, my darling.

Just a quick post to share our rates for each cage as we know some people are not able to see our services page from their mobiles.

Single guinea pig from £7.50 per night
Two guinea pigs from £9.00 per night
Three guinea pigs from £11 per night
Four guinea pigs £13 per night.

This price is per cage, not per guinea pig and is per 24 hours.
The price includes all fresh and dry food, all hay and water.
The prices above are based on the smallest cage option, bigger cages may be available but will be slightly more expensive.

This is my next oldest piggie, Martha. She's just over 2 years old. She has a very inquisitive nature and rarely shows shyness or fear. This endears her very quickly to any visitors! Just beware of taking her by surprise as she might surprise you back by giving you a little nip!!
