My grooming for 2023 is officially done ✔️ sadly I closed my salon door for the last time today, but there are new and exciting beginnings ahead 🥰

Thank you to everyone who has helped support my business in any way they can over the past year and a half, it has all been greatly appreciated and I will miss all the dogs I can no longer groom ❤️ I will be keeping my page updated with services I will still be offering from January 2024. I hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and new year 🎄

🐾 DOG WALKING 🐾

From January 2024 I am opening my diary to regular dog walking clients , I can be available up to 7 days a week for this particular service.

Walks can include :
• Solo
•Multi dog household walks
• Group
• Enclosed hire field
• Puppy walks

• in house dog grooming ( small dogs only, usage of shower & electric needed )

Good Evening All 🐾

So as some may already be aware, I’ve decided to shut my salon from December 22nd 2023. This is due to a few different reasons and also the fact I’m expecting a baby in April 2024 💓
From January 1st I will be working in Newton Flotman 1-2 days per week for select clients/breeds and working mobile(in your home) for select clients/breeds. I will only be grooming small dogs. Mobile nail clipping can be offered for any sized dogs.
I am offering more dog walking services to any sized breed and pet sitting / drop ins for any breed of dog/cat/small animal.

If you are a regular, then I’ll of already been in contact to discuss this but if you don’t use my services as regular then you may not have received a text message.
I will be discussing this with you at appointments for the rest of 2023 but don’t hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions.
If you would like any grooming notes of your dogs to pass onto your next groomer please ask and I have a list of groomers I can recommend if you’re looking for one.
I am still taking bookings for the rest of 2023 for existing clients ONLY.

Hello everyone, we hope you’re all doing well 👋🏻

I have made the decision to close my books, meaning I am not taking on any new clients for grooming at the moment. Nail appointments can still be made and I also highly recommend to all existing customers booking all appointments up until Christmas to save disappointment closer to the time

💫 I’m 23 & and Aquarius ♒️

💫 I’ve been working with all types of animals since I was 14, such a livestock, small animals, reptiles, dogs and cats 🐾

💫 I currently have Lady a standard dachshund, Cooper a German Shepherd x Rottweiler, Olive and Herbert Wire haired dachshund x Lakeland Terrier 🐶

💫 I started grooming dogs at 16 ⭐️

💫I live in saxlingham 📍

💫my favourite dinner is a roast dinner 🥘

💫 Cooper has been trained to track on land and through water, and can track someone for 2 miles 🏃🏻

💫 I rescued Cooper in 2021 and that’s what led me to start on the Star Dogs Group walks 💙

Welcoming Gus ✨

Gus came in for his first puppy introduction session, his parents are working so hard with his training and you can see what a happy and confident little pup he is 🤩

Gus enjoyed lots of sniffing round the salon, we worked on him staying calm on the grooming table, some nail clipping, general handling by another person that isn’t his owner (me) , tidy up around the eyes and brushing.
It is really helpful when owners work on desensitising at home from a young age too, little Gus is totally desensitised to the hair dryer and bath already because of regular interaction with those things at home.
Well done Gus and I can’t wait to see you again soon ❤️

Welcoming Mabel ✨

Mabel came in to see me for her first puppy introduction, she done lots of sniffing round the salon, we practised sitting on the table being calm and with the hair dryer on, having her nails clipped, being brushed over and starting to build her confidence with handling her and lifting up legs. Good girl Mabel ❤️

Little Mabel is also my Olive & Herbert’s sister, isn’t she cute 🥹

They’re starting their new puppy classes over at Newton Flotman Village Hall every Thursday from the 17th August at 6:30pm, it is a 6 week course.
