Reminder of my policies post-
As you all know my business is small and I'm a mum to 2 young kids, when clients fail to show or reschedule last minute that is a loss of income, I simply cannot just book another dog into that slot.
Cancellation policy - within 72 hours of groom there will be HALF cost of groom fee applied and
If it is 24 hours or less notice the fee is the FULL Price of your groom.
The Rescheduling Policy, cost will be dependent on the amount of notice given and usual cost of your groom and must be paid BEFORE your rescheduled slot can be confirmed.
No Show (missed appointment) will be charged at FULL cost of groom, payment will need to be received before any future appointments are booked back in.
Lateness if you don't arrive on time for the allocated agreed appointment time, this will go down as a missed appointment, i can't just squeeze your dog in i have set appointment times for a reason, this will be charged at FULL cost of the groom or I can offer bath & hygiene groom only charged at £30 and book in another appointment for a full groom depending on how late you were.
Late pick up I send a message 20 minute before your dog is ready to be picked up I will ask if you need longer notice if traveling from further away so this can be adjusted.
A small fee will be added to the groom for late pick up.
