I went to visit this beautiful girl a couple of weeks ago for the second time since her having a scary accident whilst out enjoying her time with me.

She was running and playing as normal, but slipped and damaged a vertebrae, which caused temporary paralysis in both of her back legs. Never in my life have I witnessed a dog in such pain and distress. 😔

I had help from the staff at paws@the junction to get her to their truck as I had other dogs in my care that I had to get home. The guys were fantastic! I phoned the owners and explained what had happened and they met her at the vets. I met them there to check in after I had dropped the others home.

She was sent to Bristol who recommended that she would be with them over a week...

Well, this girl... was home after her 3rd day of rehabilitation at Bristol. 😍 One of her back legs got full feeling and movement back by the second day (I think) and she's only getting stronger and stronger now! She's done so amazingly well, actually getting choked up just thinking about how well she's done!

This happened in late June and she could be back on steady walks between end of this month - New Year. 😍

She hasn't had to have any surgery, just rehabilitation and some physical therapy.
What amazing owners she has to keep her of sane mind and to see her through this horrendous time. ❤️
