Please stick to these times unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Cancellations: If anyone is wanting to cancel a booking for day care, 24hours notice must be given or full price will be charged.
Lateness: A late fee of £2 will be applied for every 5minutes after 5:30.
Our work phone will be available for bookings, cancellations etc until 7:00pm. Messages sent after this time will be answered the following day.
Visit's: If you are going to be late for a visit please let us know otherwise the visit will be cancelled.

Our last day for daycare before Christmas will be Friday 22nd, we will be back open Wednesday 3rd of January 😊🐶
The dog park will be open as usual! 🐾
Please can we ensure when the centre is used as a dog park on the weekend clean up after your dog. I don't want to be going in after sessions to have to clean up your dogs mess or getting told by other customers dog p*e is on everything!!. Our centre is used as a daycare throughout the week and the only way the dog park can stay open is if it is kept clean and you do your bit!!! Mops, poo bags and poo bins are provided.

Looking for a secure, quiet, indoor area for your doggo to exercise but the weather has different ideas? ⛈️🥵❄️🤔
Our heated centre is equipped with agility equipment, ball pits and toys galore. As well as seating and refreshments for owners to relax and watch your dogs go wild 😆🐶⚽🧸☕
From Saturday 2nd of December, for weekends only we are excited to be opening our centre for public and pooches to enjoy 🐾 🐶
Simply go online or give us a message and book either 30 or 60minute sessions.
