Yesterday was inspection day, we passed 🥳 still got my 5 🌟 rating and my new license will arrive before my current one expires so I’ll update my license number when I get it. Did all the dogs behave?? Not a chance, as soon as the inspector arrived they went crazy, hu***ng each other, hu***ng me, climbing on the inspector. Thankfully he’s a dog lover and didn’t mind the fuss and I did warn him that’s standard behaviour when a new person comes on premises 🤷🏻
Thank you to Miller, Gnasher and Ruby who all minded their business and didn’t act weird 👏👏

Sickness and diarrhoea.
I’ve posted about this before but it needs to be posted again. Please, please don’t send your dog if it has sickness and/or diarrhoea.
When a dog fouls in my van it is absolutely soul destroying. If it happens during a pick up or drop off run there is nothing I can do till we get home.
It costs me time, money and stress. Dogs have to be bathed, blankets and towels get thrown because they’re not going in my washing machine, and the van has to be cleaned out and disinfected.
It then sets me back and makes me late for the rest of the day.
If anyone is suspected of having something possibly infectious then they will be crated and isolated until they see a vet and get the ‘all clear’. All future incidents of dogs fouling in van will incur a £20 charge.
