As we are drawing towards the end of the year I’d just like to say a massive thank you to all my customers for their continued support this year.
I do understand times are tough for a lot of us at the moment, especially financially. But as a self employed person I’d like to ask please, that if you need to rearrange your appointment do give me enough time to see if I can fill that slot with another horse.
Please understand that if I can’t fill that slot or unless there are extenuating circumstances, I will be enforcing my Cancelation policy. That If it’s less than 24 hours notice I will have to charge half of the booking.
Again thanks for your continued custom and just to let you know I’m currently booking into the end of January for future appointments.
