This is Mylo. My beautiful friend adopted him recently after his owner passed away and he hadn't received the best treatment from his remaining family. He's a senior boy - 11 years old and has a couple of medical issues so he needed a special kind of forever home. Turns out he and Jen were meant to be together - after just 24 hours, it was like he'd always been there.

These dogs are often overlooked for obvious reasons - I get it but I really want to just remind people who are thinking of adopting to consider a senior or overlooked dog. The love you will get back is almost overwhelming at times, it's so special ❤️

Hello! Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all my amazing customers for their patience & understanding as I've juggled & cancelled walks over the past few weeks. Also to my very lovely friends, for all the lifts & company, I really appreciate you all.

I'm so pleased to be resuming normal Scrufflers service again from Monday - I can't wait to be up in the forest again, particularly now Spring seems to be popping up.

Beautiful Willow. Anyone who walks in the verulamium park will probably know her as she is the sweetest, most lovely girl despite her questionable hearing & recall. Willow also eats anything she can find & managed to snaffle a dropped packet of chewing gum - so emergency vet visit, stomach pump, blood tests. Thankfully, she is absolutely fine as we acted immediately and she was at the vets within 30mins.

This is a rather timely reminder, with summer approaching, to be super vigilant if your dog is a scavenger (my own are terrible), keep them on a lead around picnics, teach to "drop" or if necessary, use a muzzle.

The stars aligned and I finally walked this beautiful boy. OK, so the weather was just right really - I've known Cozmo since his ears were bigger than his body and I adore him. Lots more walks to come hopefully.

Reunited with my Best Beast ❤️ I haven't seen Rudy in such a long time - I was worried he'd forgotten about me but absolutely not. Such a brilliant walk in the sunshine today with him, funny little man.

Bailey is an absolute belter of a dog, so much fun, so well behaved and absolutely beautiful. I get so many comments when I walk her, usually because she is always smiling and waggy.
