Congratulations to lovely Amy who is now adopted 😍🐶💕

We had HUNDREDS of enquires and forms for this sweet girl, I could have rehomed her a dozen times over. The applicants were amazing, so many experienced Westie homes, it was almost impossible to choose. But Amy is now called Ella and living with her Westie sister locally.

Thank you to everyone who enquired and also to Tony Cooper who sent a very kind donation over towards her vets bill 💕 Apologies I can’t give feedback to everyone as we are such a small team xx

Welcome to Little Legs Amy who has joined us today. Amy the Westie was kept back by a breeder to be used for puppies but they have now decided to retire, meaning Amy is now not required and with us to find her forever home.
We have named her Amy after who is one of our favourite adopters - her and her husband Dan Wilkin have just raised us £355 towards our vet’s bills, this will go towards her spay surgery and vaccinations next week.

Amy is very nervous right now, but she is quickly coming round in foster and we are giving her a lot of space. Hopefully it won’t be long before she’s feeling braver. Amy’s adoption profile will go live this coming week 🐶

We have the best adopters 😍💕🐶

The reason why we are raising money for Little Legs Dog Charity.

In 2021 we rehomed our gorgeous little corgi and named her Peach.

Peach (formally Miso) was surrendered along with her litter mates due to being severely unwell and the ‘breeder’ refusing to pay for her care. If it wasn’t for Christina and her hard work, Peach would have been put to sleep due to the cost of the veterinary care she needed just to survive.

Peach suffered with fluid on the brain and also parasites which meant she was extremely poorly for the first six months of her life.

We all know veterinary costs are not cheap so every penny makes the difference to small family run charities such as Little Legs Dogs.

We have a raffle at £2 a ticket to be in with the chance of winning a dog groom, or a £5 spa upgrade with your groom- all proceeds to go to the charity.

My husband is running a raffle £2 a ticket to win a free hair cut at his barber shop!

A huge thank you to and Dan Wilkin who adopted Miso the Corgi a few years back - they have both done a fundraiser for us and helped raise valuable funds for our vets bills 😍🐶💕 look at Miso with her humans, now called Peach she lives a charmed life up in the North East. Thank you Amy and Dan for your very kind £200 donation and never forgeting us ###
