Once again we must close our doors and follow guidance. The Welfare guidance is no longer ambiguous and has been stated that it only covers dogs to remove matted hair that is causing distress or a skin condition that you are unable to treat at home. (We require a vets referral as proof to cover ourselves)
We do not know our return date but we can confirm that we will re book appointments in the order they were missed as soon as we can.
You have always been understanding so let’s brush on through what hopefully is the final hurdle and we can all be together again soon.
