Online booking 2025 + Info 🗓️

Online booking is now open for 2025, you will be able to book appointments up to May 2025! 😊 (the rest of the diary will open around April) I recommend booking at-least 2 apts in advance, especially if you require specific days/times.

How to book -
- Enter the email you used to register your details
- This will then bring up your dogs information and choose the groomer you’d like to groom your dog (choice of groomer cannot always be guaranteed but will try to accommodate where possible)
- Select the date and time preferred
- The appointment request is then sent to me for approval
- Check your emails for confirmation, if you don’t receive a confirmation within a couple of days, just message me to make sure it’s gone through🤪
- To cancel or rearrange your apts you will still have to contact me directly to do so

Please note ❗️
- new clients, when booking apts you will be required to pay £20 booking fee to secure apt (which will be taken off payment on the day)
- PAYMENTS - As of Jan 2025, there will be a slight increase in prices, generally varying from £2-£5. This is priced per individual dog.
- We will also be going CASH ONLY for payments in the new year, this must be paid on collection of your dog.

7 years of Livs Pretty Paws!?

Can’t quite believe it’s been 7 years since I officially opened… Time.has.flown!

It’s been an interesting past 12 months to say the least 👀 I’ve learnt a hell of a lot… plans don’t always go to plan but understanding that, that’s okay sometimes! Everything happens for a reason 🙌🏼 thank you to those who have gave their words of advice, I really do appreciate it all 🩷
Our two apprentices, Evie and Kelly have their final exams this week, so wishing them all the best of luck on Thursday and Friday (not that they need it😉) they have done SO well!

Sadly, we also remember the babies who we have lost this year, you guys are always in my heart and thoughts 🌈🐾

I’m looking forward to the next year ahead, with a few changes on the way (for the better) and new goals to be set! 👏🏼

Thank you to you all for your support, forever and always, I really wouldn’t be where I am without you guys, your loyalty means the world! 🌍

It’s with great sadness and quite honestly disbelief, that today, our Randall crossed over the rainbow bridge 💔🌈
I’ve been grooming Randall since 2018, so he holds a special place in my heart. A cheeky, mischievous, borderline nause, but an absolute LOVE of a Lhasa! Always a happy face (and tail!) coming into the salon and never a dull moment whilst he was around 💗 even when he had to have his nails done 🤭

Sending so much love to his mom Mel and brother Connor who Rand loved very much, at this sad time 💔

We will miss you Randy, sleep tight🌈 🤍###xx

Happy new year to you all 🥰🥳

I think I have sent everybody who wanted their block bookings for the year 🤞🏼🤞🏼 if I have missed you, I am sorry (I’ll blame the Prosecco) but please give me a nudge today and I can get them sorted for you 🙌🏼

Please remember if you book your apts 1 at a time, then this is your responsibility to do so now - either book on pick up or send a message over via Facebook or WhatsApp. I no longer have the time to remember to book your next apts. If you would prefer to do a block booking then let me know as soon as.

I’ll also remind that at least 4 weeks notice is necessary for grooming apts, more if you require a specific day/time. January is almost fully booked!

We reopen tomorrow, 2nd Jan! See you all soon 😘 xx

Englands Business Awards National Finals 🥳
Unfortunately it wasn’t our night last night but nevertheless we still hold our regional title of Best Pet Groomers in Worcestershire 2023 💜 it was the largest category of the night, with 16 groomers around the country competing for the title! 👏🏼

I’d just like to thank everybody who took the time to vote, your kind words and support! We wouldn’t have got this far without you all 🤗

It’s our 6th birthday today! And the girls surprised me this morning (and almost gave me a heart attack😂) with balloons, wine and cake! 6 whole years of Livs Pretty Paws, wow, how time flies 😨💜
I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all of your support, loyalty and keeping us soo busy over these years, it really means everything. The business is my baby and I am so proud of how it has grown and blossomed 💜

Also, I’m sure you all remember back in May we won our regional award for Best Pet Grooming Business in Worcestershire, getting us through to the national final!
