‼️CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

Dog with fleas! It’s that time of year where we see a lot of fleas. We are happy to still groom your dog but please if you have ANY signs of fleas let the groomer know on when booking the appointment! We have a separate area where we can groom your dog to avoid other dogs including our own from catching fleas from your dog. We will charge anything from £15-£50 extra depending on the amount of fleas and if we know on arrival. Fleas in the salon means every dog we have in will have to be re bathed, all the shop has to be disinfected and treated. This costs time and money. If we can contain the fleas to one area then is it is easier for the groomers to clean up.

🐶 how beautiful is this litter of puppies! 12 weeks old and in for there first puppy groom! Getting a puppy use to the grooming process at this age is vital!! It help avoid it being stressful as they get older and enjoy it so much more! Also we love to have puppies cuddles! 🐶

‼️CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️

💰In January the prices increased from 2%-15%, this may sound a lot but due to cost of living we had NO choice! All our regular customers should have already been given a new price as every dog should have been groom at least 2/3 times since January but we still have a lot of people unsure on their new price! We don’t enjoy putting our prices up and the staff often feel uncomfortable been confronted with why the prices have gone up. If anyone is unsure on what their groom is going to cost then please ask BEFORE you book your appointment. Anyone unhappy with their price then please ask to speak to management. As everyone know everything has gone up in price, it is out of our control. 💰

🫧We have also increased the prices on :
Heavily matted dogs
Dog with excessive dead under coat
Dogs with fleas/ticks
Aggressive dogs

This is due to extra time spent on cleaning the salon after, the damage it causes to our equipment and the strain it puts on our staff. For more information please contact the salon and we can give details on what this entails.🫧

🐩Also dogs in season. We are happy to do a dog which is either in season or just coming out but please you MUST inform the staff before making the appointment!! We have other dogs including our own in the salon and they get extremely stressed with a female in season. We need to know if the dog needs to be separated in to a quieter room.🐩

💰All bank transfers MUST be paid on the day your pet was groomed! We still have to call and message people days, some times weeks after their appointments! This takes time away from grooming the dogs, is stressful and also we find it awkward to keep asking for payment. You MUST check the details you have are correct as our old bank account is CLOSED. We have a new account for nearly 2 years now but still find people using the wrong one. 💰

Apologies for the long detailed status but this is problems we face on a daily basis and as a business side of things it causes a lot of stress on management and our amazing staff. Any issues how big or small please don’t hesitate to speak to myself or Marcia.
