I have space available next weds 20th, Thurs 21st and Saturday 23rd of November. These are my last appointments until 9th January.
I will be opening up next week's spaces to new clients so if anyone has been waiting to get on the books this is your opportunity.

Thanks to all clients who moved appointments today. Toby strikes again and somehow lives to fight another day... Again! I'll be in the shop tomorrow (Sunday) instead so anyone for nails come down between 2pm and 5pm 🐶🐴

I THINK everyone who has texted me for 2025 appointments has now been booked in. If you haven't had a reply from me and you text me for bookings please text me and let me know. Anyone else who hasn't booked in its very highly recommended, Wednesdays and saturdays are very popular for next year so I have limited space. Xmas week is pretty much full now although I will also have a cancelation list as usual :)

2025 diary is now open PLEASE READ THIS POST BEFORE TEXTING ME 😆😆

It's highly recommended to book for the whole year to guarantee your spaces.

Please text me ALL of the following information ( I don't want 300 texts just saying "book me for next year same as usual please" because I don't know off the top of my head what you have!) Help me out! I need to know....

1 - specific dates and best times on those dates

OR

2 - How often/ best days× and when your last appointment for this year is booked in for. Also if you have a quick look and you're bookings will fall on my weeks off please let me know if you want to come a week sooner or a week later.

The easier you make it for me the better please.

Opening hours 8am-5pm Wednesday to Saturday.

We are CLOSED the following weeks...
12th-15th March
7th-10th May
17th-20th September
I'm closed the odd Wednesday but working other days to make up so they're the main weeks to avoid please :)

It takes me a good 3-4 weeks to get through everyone as you can imagine it takes at least 10 minutes per person and there's hundreds of you so I try my best to stay an extra hour every night after work to get this done.

IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR NEXT YEAR 🐶🐶🐶

Before I open my diary for next year I'm just posting to let everyone know of some changes to the way things are going to work. I will also text this to everyone before I ask for next year's dates so people can choose to go elsewhere if they don't agree to these changes (hopefully you all understand and don't do this of course!).

So far this year I have lost £1869 of income due to no shows and late cancelations. This cannot continue. I try to be understanding to people canceling last minute but unfortunately this is costing me a serious amount of money.

From January any client canceling the day before/the day of/not showing at all to their appointments will be required to pay the full appointment cost regardless of the reason for this cancellation. By booking an appointment with me you are reserving 1.5 hours of my time which needs to be paid for. I cannot continue to soak up this cost. 48 hours notice usually gives me time to get a new client in your space.

All appointments will need to be paid at the time of collection or before this. I can't spend any more time chasing for payments. I take card so if you can't remember to transfer me please use your card/cash on collection.

Any dog found with fleas will be immediately sent home regardless if its wet or not. Full appointment cost will need to be paid. People are getting lax with this. Don't do it. Other clients should not be at risk from your dog.

All new clients will be required to pay a £10 non refundable deposit to make their first appointment with us. This will be taken from their appointment cost. Brand new clients are the worst for not showing up ( sorry 😆).

All prices will be increasing by £2 from January 1st. (2 years since my last increase).

Anyone more than 10 minutes late without giving me any warning that they may be late will be sent away and required to pay for their slot.

I hope everyone understands these changes. This is not a personal attack on anyone. I just need to make sure I protect my income going forward especially when I have so many new clients wanting to book with us.

ONLY NOVEMBER APPOINTMENTS LEFT NOW FOR THIS YEAR 🐶🐶

Anyone due In October or December who hasn't booked in advance will now have to be added to a cancelation list.

Please book for the whole of the year when I get the new 2025 diary to avoid missing out 🐶🐶

Hi everyone!!

The shop is closed this week for holidays. We will reopen on Wednesday 3rd July.

I'm having a lot of messages from people wanting sooner appointments because of the heat. I am running a cancelation list but can't guarantee I'll get you in any sooner.

I'd also recommend people get at least their dogs bodies clipped shorter during the summer months. A lot of people are keeping dogs in very thick long coats whilst also telling me their dogs are struggling in the heat. If you won't sit out in a winter coat then why should your dog. Please think about it 🐶

NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT 27TH JULY. That's a 12 week wait from today! This is why it's so important to book your slots for the year. Anyone who hasn't booked ahead is now waiting 3 months to get back in. There's nothing I can do about it other than add you to the cancelation list at the moment.

I'm not working extra hours during summer to fit people in who haven't booked for the year when I've told you to millions of times 😆 I don't say it for no reason. It's for your benefit.

Currently 12 dogs on my cancelation list.

Books are still closed to new clients.

**APPOINTMENT UPDATE**
Next available appointment is now 1st may. Existing clients please book for the whole of 2024 where possible as this wait time for appointments will increase. Anyone wishing to become a new client can go on the cancelation list for appointments. I am not taking on any more Cockerpoos/Springerpoos in the future sorry. Best way to get in touch is text message 07896148876 as I have too many phone calls to get back to everyone at the end of every day.
Going forward I will now be requiring any bank transfers to be paid before collection as I'm having to chase people for payment constantly. I take card payments in the shop for anyone who hasn't sent payment. The shop will be closed from 17th March and will reopen weds 27th March for holidays.

Appointment update 🐶🐶🐶

I have limited space available between 31st January and 1st March. After this I am fully booked until 18th April! Anyone who has not yet booked for the full year please do so as I have a current wait of 12 weeks for anyone rebooking. I am still taking on new clients this month (no more Cockerpoos sorry I've taken on a couple 😆).
