Morning!
Just a little post to encourage people to book back in after your appointment ( block booking is preferable) this is to ensure your appointment. Currently I’m booked out for at least a month in advance. I do try my hardest to get everyone in but this is proving difficult as I’m so busy.

Fleas! Please keep up to date with treatment, as treating my groom room (and home) is extremely expensive. If you spot any fleas I will be happy to move your appointment until they are sorted 😃
There will be a charge of £10 if fleas are apparent.

No shows. There will be a charge of the full groom if not notified within 24 hours, as I could have got someone else in to fill the appointment. As with being a small business this has a massive impact on my business. I know emergencies happen and sometimes can’t be helped.

Matting. There will be a matting charge for dogs that are servilely matted (£10) blades are not cheap, and I’ve got loads of dull blades from this that are now no good 😢

The C word! Christmas 🎅
I’m booking up 👀 as stated above please book in to avoid disappointment.

I sit down with my diary twice a week. As I have to balance work and family responsibilities.

I’m no longer offering pick up and drop off services (only to existing clients)
