Hi everyone. Phew.....That's us all done, we are now officially on our Christmas break 🎄🥰

Thankyou so much for keeping us busy and supporting our small business. We are so grateful, that you have chosen us to be your dog's hairdressers 🥰❤️

We also would like to take a moment to remember all the lovely doggies that we have had the pleasure of knowing and have now gained their wings, they truly are missed 🌈

Also a massive thankyou to everyone who has wished us well and have been so generous with their gifts this year, we truly feel appreciated 🎁

We will be back on Tuesday 9th January and have availability from Thursday 18th January 👍

🚨 Polite reminder 🚨

Just a friendly reminder that we do work by an appointment only basis and therefore, the time allocated, is exclusively for your dog(s). Failure to attend, results in loss of income, which is extremely damaging to our small business.

We totally understand that emergencies happen and we will endeavour to be compassionate. But when appointments are missed or forgotten, with no communication, it really isnt acceptable.

We do have a policy for cancellations, no shows and late arrivals, that was put in place in 2022 and is also visible on the door when you arrive. But we thought we would do a little update on what they are. Please see the photo attached.

We hate being so serious, especially at this time of year, but its happened so regular, we can no longer take the financial hit.
We hope you understand.

To end on a postive note, To all of our wonderful clients that make our little business run smoothly and are always on time. We see you and appreciate you and thankyou from the bottom of our hearts, for your ongoing support 💜

Hey Everyone, just a quick appointment update 🗒

With Christmas fast approaching, we would just like to inform you that we are now FULLY BOOKED for December 🎅 Thankyou to everyone who has booked in 🎄

However we do still have some availability in November, if you would like your pooches pampered before the New Year.

Our diary is also open to bookings for January and next year, so if our existing doggies would like to prebook their appointments, please let us know ☺️

Hi everyone, we hope your all well.

Just thought we would give a little update on availability for appointments.
Were on holiday the last week of June. And have appointments available from Tuesday 12th July. So please bear in mind, that at the moment there's a 4 week wait.
So please make sure you book in advance to avoid any dissapointment.

We know its a little early to mention Christmas 🙈 but were also taking bookings for December for our existing doggies, so if you would like to ensure your place, please let us know.

⚠️UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY⚠️

Hi folks,
Just a polite notice to let you know, that we are having to make a few changes in regards to cancellations and no shows. From now on, if an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we will ask for 50% of the grooming cost. This must be paid before we arrange another appointment. The same applies to no shows.

We do not like having to do this. But it is something we can no longer accept going forward.
We understand that unavoidable situations may arise, but when this happens it means a loss of income for us and longer waiting lists for everyone. Because when someone doesn't turn up, it means someone else could of had their appointment slot. Im sure you can see how frustrating it is.

As always, we are forever grateful and would like to thank you all, for your continued support of our little business.
