Forrest is home.
Her ear looks a mess, she has a drainage tube sewn inside her ear flap for ten days, stitches in for three weeks. Apparently the stitches cause trauma which prevents the ear cavity from re filling with blood.

At the vets for surgery, she has an aural haematoma.

Yara has just come in season.
We’ve got a lovely black stud picked out for her, he is the son of Simba who fathered Chip’s last litter.
Fingers crossed for a successful mating in 11 days or so, if all goes to plan we hope for a mixed colour litter middle to late October.
