If anyone has phoned and left a message on the answerachine I'm.sprty I haven't been to check the messages today as I've got a sick dog who was having CT scan and other tests yesterday ..I will be checking the messages tomorrow afternoon and will respond if you left numbers and names. Please ring the salon phone number and please Do leave a short message and phone number so I can call you .Messages on this page often can't be opened so it could be you are waiting for me to respond...not realising I can't open your message. I don't use this page at work or for booking appts or asking for advice etc so ring.dont message on here ...
Hope all your cats and dogs are well. Appts are filling fast again so if you have a date you want please ring .I will get the message if you speak when the answer machine picks up your call. I usually go to check the answer machine mid afternoon when I'm off so if you do leave number and message please do not think I haven't got it and think we are ignoring you. I'm off most of the week with a sick dog plus I've got a flu type bug .so today I didn't get to check the messages but I will tomorrow ..you haven't missed any appts and you will be called tomorrow or if I can't get hold of you Peter will pick up my report and follow up any messages before offering to any newer calls. One thing I really want to ask of our clients is ..please arrive at the time of your appt and not half an HR later and think it's ok..this delays all the other appts . Another thing I'd love clients to understand is..some dogs need extra time to get groomed due to age or health..and we will never rush anyone's dog .They are all very special individuals and they need to be able to enjoy their sessions .. .

Happydogs and Cats wishes all our clients and their dogs and cats a happy,healthy and peaceful New Yr.
We will be taking a deposit for All appt bookings from 2 nd Jan 24 ... Call in,bank transfer etc . Prices,4/6/8 and 12 wk appts depending on coat type,breed and obviously coat condition.
We do mid groom appt brush and comb outs to help keep your dogs coat tangle free ,ask about this service. Teeth cleaning ultra sound is very popular and saves your dog having a general anesthetic to clean their teeth, clips, styles,comb outs,desheds, trims, matted coats ,puppy sessions,etc please call and leave a name,number and short message if the answer machine picks up the call..we may be bathing dogs and unable to take the call right away but we will return the call .If you don't leave a clear number and name we will not know you have called so won't be able to ring you back..meaning you could have just missed out on an appt for the day you wanted. Our answer machine works for us..and is checked daily .
Cats..Grooms .. Ring for your cats appt . 😺
Please phone for all dog and cat groom appts as I dont see messages until I get home and don't bring a diary home.

Christmas isn't far off now so don't wait til last minute to ring as we may not be able to fit you in.I know we do try and keep a day for last minute appts but we can't at the moment . A couple of appt spaces have come available .if you would like to have one please ring 01514208492 and Do leave a name and number on the answer machine as it may well be we are just bathing a dog and can't pick the call up BUT we will return the call as soon as the dog is drying nicely or will answer the call asap. Scam Warning: Parcel Scams On The Rise

With Black Friday, Cyber Monday happening in November along with Christmas on the horizon which brings an increase in the number of parcels being both sent and received. Unsurprisingly, it also means there is an increase in scam emails and text messages.

Below is a scam email currently circulating claiming to be from EVRI. At a quick glance, it looks reasonably genuine; the scammer has even tried to make the email seem more authentic by naming the delivery driver you missed.

A quick check on who the sender of the email is, shows it’s comes from .com email address and not an EVRI email address.

To verify EVRI’s genuine email address you can visit: https://orlo.uk/paDD9 It states that EVRI’s emails will typically be from .com, -europe.co.uk or .co.uk.

Just a reminder to make sure you get your dog or cat's Christmas appts booked on asap. Also if your dog is due their 6/8 week appts get those in now as we won't be booking in dogs who have missed their regular appts just to stretch it out til Christmas. If we find that is happening the prices may well be extra due to the groom.taking longer due to missing an appt that would have been needed in Oct..
RING rather than message as it's the best way to get us...If the answer machine picks up the call Please Do leave a message as I will get it and reply. ....if you don't..I can't reply !.... Not a lot of spaces left for Christmas and New Year so be fast.
