Hi all, I am now off on my holidays so the parlour is CLOSED until JULY 9th, then it’s back to business from the 9th!

More sad news last week, my golden oldies are all beginning to cross the rainbow bridge💔 Coco sadly followed those colours last week she was the sweetest girl, she always made me laugh after every groom her mam would come back to pick her up and she would do her tippy tappy dance to show off her new haircut and was so delighted with herself💕 Coco will be missed dearly 🌈

Next available date for appointments I have is July 30th onwards!

My books are filling up for the coming weeks so if you have not yet booked in your dog for a groom in the coming months I would highly recommend getting in touch!

Just a reminder to everyone that I can pre book your dog for the remainder of the year so they are guaranteed a spot! (December NOT included as I will organise Christmas at a later time😅)

❌ RAPESEED! ❌

It’s that time of year again where farmers fields have blossomed into pretty yellow flowers, these plants are called rapeseed. Although it may be tempting to place your dog in the midst to take a scenic photo, please avoid this at all costs!

Rapeseed is extremely poisonous for dogs, especially in highly sensitive canines.

Rapeseed is listed by Dogs Trust as toxic to our dogs if ingested and can cause symptoms such as:

❌Haemolytic Anaemia
❌ Blindness
❌ Damaged Nervous System
❌ Digestive Disorders
❌ Breathing Problems

Even walking through these fields should be avoided! In June 2019, a dog was reported to be suffering from severe open wounds after running through a crop of rapeseed.

Please seek immediate veterinary attention if your dog shows any signs of rapeseed poisoning!

Wishing all furries and customers a very Happy Easter!🐣 🐰 I hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend, enjoying all that chocolate for the weekend that’s in it!😍 but do remember that our furries can not have chocolate as it can cause serious harm/sickness to them so please make sure all the easter chocolate and sweet treats are out of reach of our dogs!

And that puts the final bow on 2023!🎀

2023 has come to a close after a busy few weeks here at The Fluff Shed!
All furries are fluffed and ready for Santapaws 🐾🐾I can’t but Thank You all so so much for these festive few weeks and especially this last year! Your continued support is just incredible and I can’t begin to say how much that means to me as a sole trader and my little business🥰 I am very fortunate to be able to groom all your fluffs every week🐕

Again this year you have all been immensely kind with wonderful gifts, sweets, treats, bottles, cards and tips, you have me spoiled rotten!🥰❤️ I am so lucky to have such wonderful clients!💕 Of course not forgetting my backing team who again have done trojan work this year and last few weeks🥰 keeping me going and giving a helping hand where needed!❤️

And lastly I am now closed until January 9th for a well deserved break😌 and to enjoy the festivities🥂 I will open my books for 2024 next week and will send a text and post here for that!
