HALLOWEEN CAMP REMINDER 🎃

We’re looking forward to seeing you all next week for camp 😊

Tuesday - 10am to 4pm ( please arrive 15 mins early )
Wednesday - 10am to 4pm
Thursday - 10am to 4pm
Friday - ( FANCY DRESS SHOW DAY ) 10am to 12.30/1.30pm … give or take.

Please remember to bring a snack for morning break and a packed lunch for later on.
Gloves
Any riding gear you might have ( don’t worry if you’ve none as we have some here )
Rain coat
Change for the vending machine

Cost for camp is 220euro per child to be paid on Tuesday morning. ( 210 for any sibling thereafter )

The pony campers show will start at 12 and 12.30 on Friday ( depending on what groups go first )
Families are encouraged to come and watch 😊
BBQ will be ready to go with a donation of 2euro ( or whatever you can manage ) per burger 🍔 or hot dog… all proceeds going to amazing JACK AND JILL CHILDRENS FOUNDATION.

Ice cream man will be here too 😉 … you’ll need some pocket money for that but he also takes card.

After a whole pile of jiggling a few things around we’re delighted to be able to add a couple of beginner lead rein lessons to accommodate those of you that have been on the waiting list for 6 months + and/or those of you that have done a pony camp with us ….

Starting from the weekend of Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th of September, we are going to run an extra two beginner lead rein lessons 😊 One on each day.

We’re delighted to announce that after a week of rest and minding our ponies and horses that we’re feeling under the weather are feeling much better … so much better that they’ll be fit and ready for lessons as usual this coming weekend 🤩🤩😊😊

IMPORTANT INFO RE AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY SHOW AND PONY CAMP WEEK SIX 6th to 9th AUGUST 🦄

We are really very sorry to have to let you know that we have no other option other than to cancel tomorrow's AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY SHOW along with Pony Camp, week 6th to 9th of August. 🙃🫣

Some of our schoolies have come down with a viral infection ( A cold ) 🤧🤒 so they're feeling a little bit under the weather at the moment and it would be very unfair on them to ask them to work their way through it ...
So the next week will be spent looking after them as needed, making sure they get what they need and that they all make a speedy and full recovery, which we're completely certain they will 😊💛

We understand it's at very short notice that we bring you this news but we really have no other option. We're sorry for the disappointment and any inconvenience caused but our horses and ponies must always come first ❤️‍🩹 💛

If you've already paid for the show or for camp, don't worry as a full refund will be given .. of course.

LESSON SPACES AVAILABLE.
After moving a few things around we now have the following spaces available for our weekly lessons.

SATURDAYS:
🐴 11.45 - 12.45 - younger intermediate lesson ( 8 to 12 years ) one space. Hour lesson.
🐴 12noon - Beginner OFF LEAD lesson ( 7 to 10 years ) one space. 45min lesson.
🐴 12.45 - Beginner LEAD REIN lesson ( 5 to 12 years ) 30 min lesson. Three spaces.
🐴 3.30 - Advanced Teenager Lesson ( 13 to 18 years ) Hour lesson. One space.

SUNDAYS:
🐴 10.15 - Beginner off lead ( cantering - 7 to 12 years ) Hour lesson. One space.
🐴 11.30 - Young Teen Intermediate. Hour lesson. One space.
🐴 2.30 - Beginner young teen (off lead and cantering ) Hour lesson. Three Spaces.

PLACES WILL ONLY BE GIVEN TO ANYONE WHOS BEEN ON THE WAITING LIST FOR THE LAST 6+MONTHS. Whoever has been on the waiting list the longest will get priority 😊

Only 6 more sleeps until the first day of the first week of SUMMER PONY CAMP 2024 🥳😊🤩

We’ve been busy here at the yard preparing and planning and we’re really excited to see everyone 😊

Please remember the following …

🌞 Suncream/Baseball cap for when they’re not riding

🌞 Riding gear ( if you have it )
🌞 Packed Lunch
🌞 Rain Jacket
🌞 Suitable footwear/clothing (never any runners/shorts)

Camp runs from TUESDAY TO FRIDAY
10am to 4pm
Pony Campers show every Friday … Families are encouraged to come and watch 😊 The show usually begins at about 12 and is finished by about 1pm, along with our Friday BBQ’s ( 2 euro per burger/hotdog) with all proceeds going to the Jack and Gill Foundation 🥰 The I’ve cream man will be here too 🥳
Once the show is finished, the campers will get their rosettes and certificates and head home.

Week one - 2nd to 5th July - Beginner places fully booked, spaces available for intermediate and advanced.

Week two - 9th to 12th July - Beginner and advanced places fully booked, spaces available for intermediate.

Week three - 16th to 19th July. AIRE EXAM WEEK. Spaces free for the AIRE group and limited spaces available in our off lead beginner group.

Week four - 23rd to 26th July. Three spaces available for younger intermediate group. All other groups full.

Week five - 30th July to 2nd August. AIRE EXAM WEEK. Spaces free for AIRE group. Two spaces free for beginners. Five spaces available for off lead beginners.

Week six - Tuesday 6th to 9th August. AIRE EXAM WEEK. Spaces free for AIRE group. 6 spaces available for younger intermediate group. Beginner group full.
