Ganga Industries is a self-proprietorship firm established by Mr. Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Najafgarh, New Delhi, India. The foundation of the organization was laid down in the year 1986 as a modest start up with only one expeller machine. The organization continued to expand its operations with steady steps and in the year 1995 established “Kolhu” crushers thereby introducing GHAR BRAND kachi ghani
mustard oil to its range of products. Since the year 2000, we have been packing our high quality mustard oil under the Brand name PANGHAT for Mawana Foods Limited. Up to 2006, the firm was majorly doing business in the states of West Bengal & Orissa due to the high demand of mustard oil in the Purvanchal region of India. In the year 2006, we became a major supplier of mustard oil to GD Foods India (Mfg.) who is India’s renowned manufacturers of pickles etc. Since then we have concentrated our sales in Delhi-NCR Region in response to the increased demand of mustard oil owing to increased consumer awareness of benefits and uses of Mustard Oil. The firm has now to its credit 25 silver years of experience. Presently, we have an installed production capacity of 4.5 tons per day with future plans of further expansion. The firm has a trustworthy and good distribution network in Delhi & NCR. The aim of the firm is to provide to its customers premium quality of pure and safe mustard oil at affordable prices. The firm has a well-equipped scientific laboratory to test the quality of mustard oil as per the standards specified by AGMARK* & FSSAI**, agencies of Government of India. For Packaging, the firm uses PET containers only, of virgin food grade quality approved by CFTRI (Central Food Technological Research Institute) Mysore, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial research, New Delhi.

**The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is also an agency of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India established under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
