Little Zeus, already almost as big as his big sis. These two are a very special story, big sis, Chika, is from the very first litter we bred and Zeus is from the most recent. KUSA registration certificates show 3 generations of pedigree and where Chika's ended, Zeus' begun. So together they show the six generations of a very special bloodline ❤️

My heart is broken, I have no words. RIP Dart, you will never be forgotten. Today we lost one of our dearest and oldest boys and things will never be the same again. 😭💔 He fought bravely these last few days, but gave up today. Making it easier for us as we were supposed to make the “decision” tomorrow morning after final blood tests. He had chronic tick bite fever, with almost no symptoms, no fever, no nothing. He just lost his appetite, and since we had females on heat and this often happens I didn’t think it was too serious. He still ate, just not as greedily as usual. Then suddenly he stopped eating and I realized that there’s more to it. I took him to the vet and they put him on a drip. I was supposed to go pick him up again after work, then the vet called and said it’s not looking good his kidneys and liver shows damage and he has to stay the night. And so he ended up staying on the drip for a couple of days, came home over the weekend as it appeared he ate better and felt better with us. He even played with his ball and it looked like he was on his way to getting better. Then Sunday things went down hill again, Monday morning back to vet and back on drip. And today it’s all over, I still can’t believe it, I was still hoping and praying for some miracle to happen...
