Me every time, when my boarders leaves 😹

I went from 203 to 137 faster than I though was possible. And, I'll never forget the look on my doctor's face when I walked into his office for my annual checkup.

“Are you doing that “Rice Method” I told you about?”, he stuttered.

So, I told him I've been doing it for the last few months and how it's really transforming my life and health.

"Nothing has EVER worked so fast for me!", I said with a BIG smile.

Even the nurses were complimenting me on my transformation and asking me how I had done it at my age.

It was the first time in almost 2 decades, I left my the doctor’s office feeling good about myself.

This is why we support spaying pregnant cats because here I am holding a dying kitten trying everything possible to get it to live after the rest of it’s siblings have already passed.

It’s traumatic.
It’s not fair.
It’s 100% preventable.

It's mid-June. Rescuers have been in the height of kitten season for months now. They're tired....and some of them are burning out. Please help them and help your pet(s). 🙏 Have your pets spayed or neutered. Make less work for us all, and a better, healthier life for your best friend. ♥

Adopting a free kitten sounds like a great deal, doesn't it? What's better than free? When it comes to animal adoptions, it's not such a great deal. Go through a rescue or a shelter and you'll adopt a fully-vetted animal at a great rate. Take a free kitten and you'll have to incur all of those vetting charges yourself for significantly more money. (You ARE going to have that free kitten fully vetted, aren't you???)
